Bailee Miller, Basic Esthetician is a newer member in our spa team. She has worked as our client coordinator for over four years and recently started keeping up with our social media. Within the last year Bailee has worked to complete her Basic Esthetics license. Bailee discovered her passion for aesthetics while working here, and hopes to help each client feel beautiful and relaxed in her services. Her favorite service to perform is a facial. She loves to provide relaxation and glowing skin to each guest. Bailee has enjoyed attending networking events in the community and keeping up with the latest certifications.

Yvonne Mayorquin, RN, has been a Registered Nurse since 1997. While she has excelled in many nursing roles over the years it has been aesthetics that is her passion. Yvonne has been a certified dermal filler and neurotoxin injector since 2016. She is a skilled cosmetic injector and is well known in the medical aesthetic community for producing natural results. She is detail oriented, and continuously strives to learn, grow and improve her aesthetic skills. Yvonne attends industry conferences and trainings as often as possible and takes pride in treating her clients with respect, listening to their needs, and helping them to be the best version of themself.

Julianne began her career in the medical field more than 25 years ago, working in the Emergency Department as a Paramedic, and Neurology, First assisting in the OR for Podiatry and finally going on to work as an Organ and Tissue Recovery Coordinator for Carolina LifeCare and Carolina Donor Services. After moving from North Carolina to Virginia in 2004, she decided to go in a new direction and help people differently, one that brought more flexibility to her family and provided her local community with unavailable services. She started Rain Spa & Salon and continued until she again decided to add more services in 2017, bringing on a Medical Director and Aesthetic Injector for more advanced skincare. In 2021 these services were merged into what is today, Defy Medesthetics & Salon. Julianne lives locally, with her husband and her three, adult children nearby. She and her husband spend a lot of time with their two adopted dogs, on their farm gardening and working towards living a more sustainable lifestyle. Julianne prides herself on treating clients safely and with only the services that will truly provide the best possible outcome and improvement for their concerns.
